Return + Refund Policy
At B&B Candle Co. LLC, each product is made in small batches and prepared with care. Because our home fragrance products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on fragrance preference or change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We want to make it right. Please send an email to: support@bbcandleco.net
Please include a photo of the damaged product and packaging so we can document the issue and, when necessary, submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
Approved refunds will be issued for the purchase price paid for the affected product and returned to the original form of payment as quickly as possible.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Returned + Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Refunds are not provided for packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or packages that are otherwise deemed undeliverable by the carrier.
If a package is returned to us and you would like it reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
Warm Weather + Candles
Soy wax is sensitive to heat. During warmer months, your candle may arrive slightly softened or show signs of sweating after being exposed to high temperatures during transit.
If this happens, place the candle upright in a cool, dry area and allow it to return to room temperature before using it. Never light a candle while the wax is melted, softened, or sweating.
If your candle arrives significantly melted or damaged rather than simply softened from the heat, please send us a photo so we can review it.
A Little About Soy Wax
Natural soy wax has a personality of its own, and you may occasionally notice slight variations from candle to candle.
Uneven or textured tops: Soy wax can develop a slightly uneven or textured surface as it cools. This is a normal characteristic of soy wax and does not affect how your candle performs.
Wet spots: You may notice areas where the wax appears to have pulled away from the glass. These are commonly called βwet spotsβ and can occur when temperature changes cause the wax to expand or contract.
Neither of these is considered a defect, and they do not affect the fragrance or performance of your candle.
