Because screens, handmade products, raw materials, and individual fragrance perception can vary, the product you receive may differ slightly from what appears online.

These natural variations are not necessarily considered product defects.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is complete and accurate, including your billing information, shipping address, email address, and payment information.

B&B Candle Co. LLC reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. This may include suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, unusually large quantities, suspected unauthorized resale, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Prices + Availability

Product prices, promotions, availability, and product offerings may change without notice.

We may discontinue a product or fragrance at any time. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee its availability until your order has been successfully completed.

If an error affects the price or availability of an item you ordered, we may contact you before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund the affected item.

4. Shipping + Delivery

Orders are subject to the processing and shipping times stated in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of B&B Candle Co. LLC.

5. Returns, Refunds + Damaged Products

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect items, and undeliverable packages are handled according to our Return + Refund Policy.

Because fragrance preference is personal, dissatisfaction with a fragrance alone does not qualify a product as defective.

If an item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and provide any photographs or other information reasonably needed to review the issue.

6. Candle + Product Safety

Candles are products involving an open flame and must always be used responsibly.

Customers are responsible for reading and following the warning label, care instructions, and safety information provided with our products.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep burning candles away from children, pets, drafts, flammable materials, and anything that could catch fire. Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and discontinue use when appropriate according to the product's safety instructions.

B&B Candle Co. LLC is not responsible for injury or property damage resulting from misuse of a product, failure to follow provided safety instructions, unauthorized modification of a product, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended, to the extent permitted by law.
